shop, as well as facilities for taking phone and fax orders. EDI and
batch transactions can be accommodated through an import module.
RiteShip provides an XML-Soap web services interface, thus allowing
rapid integration of order information from virtually any external
data source such as third party shopping carts or other ERP systems.
Real-time Payment Processing
RiteShip’s online storefront as well as its administrative order
fulfillment module is tightly integrated with major credit card
processors such as Authorize.Net, PayPal, Verisign, and SkipJack.
Tightly Integrated Shipping Tools
RiteShip integrates UPS Online® Tools, including address
verification, real-time rate lookup, time in transit, label
printing, and on-click shipment tracking. Shipping labels can be
printed on any standard printer using simple 8.5x11 white paper or
Avery sticky labels. Zebra strip label printers are also supported.
By using the web browser to print ship labels, the business process
is simplified by avoiding cumbersome import/export into and out of
UPS WorldShip.
One-Click Order Tracking
UPS Online® Order Tracking is integrated into the web storefront as
well as the administrative order fulfillment modules. Emails are
sent to the customers which allow self-service one-click order
tracking, thus saving your staff costly “where is my order” phone
calls.
Complete Accounting/ Enterprise Resource Planning
A full ERP system is provided including Security, Order Entry,
Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Bank
Accounts, General Ledger, Order management, Valuable sales
reporting. For those who chose to use QuickBooks, sales data may be
optionally exported to QuickBooks’s IIF format. A generic CSV export
is also permitted.
Broadband and WiFi PDA Compatible
RiteShip is accessible from any PDA with internet access. Now sales
reps can have complete access to the information that they need when
they need it. Get order status, process orders, create timely
reports and more. The warehouse can also benefit with RiteShip’s PDA
wireless technology, accessing pick lists from anywhere in the
